Hysterosalpingography (HSG) is a diagnostic modality still commonly used to evaluate tubal occlusion in infertility management. We evaluated the treatment benefit achieving patency and spontaneous pregnancy women with bilateral our resource poor setting using water soluble contrast medium. Result: Out patients had HSG, (20.5%) from which 24 became pregnant. gave rate 13.3%. The mean age participants was 35.76 ± 4.72 years. group 36-40 years highest frequency while most them were nulliparous left at distal portion. Conclusion: Tubal undergoing evaluation. has both uses management it cost effective.
